PALIQUE shall not be responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, and therefore neither does it assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by the person responsible, provided that it comes from sources other than PALIQUE.

You may file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights, at the postal and/or electronic address indicated on the page www.aepd.es.
Likewise, by signing or clicking on the “Send” button (or equivalent), as well as through the contact e-mail incorporated in the different forms, you declare that the information and data provided in them are accurate and truthful, thus accepting the privacy policy set out herein.

4. PURPOSES AND LEGITIMACY OF DATA PROCESSING

PALIQUE processes personal data for the following purposes:

4.1. FOR COMPLIANCE WITH LEGAL OBLIGATIONS TO WHICH THE COMPANY IS SUBJECT.

The company is subject to numerous legal and regulatory obligations, for the fulfilment of which the processing of personal data may be necessary, such as:
